The Recreational Sports & Wellness department will be offering approximately 15 group fitness evening classes on weeknights, in addition with the 6 group fitness classes at 12pm by the Employee Wellness department in the Fall 2018 semester. There are variety of different classes, including new additions of Dynamic Flow, Latin Dance, and Total Body. All Mercer students, faculty and staff may participate in the group fitness classes, which are held in the University Center Aerobics Room (across from Intramural Court #1).
